Yoga is getting more and more popular and we are lucky to have a great instructor who teaches in small groups on a book-in bases; however, able to cater for drop in's, too. (Yoga mat and preps provided) 

The mental health benefits of singing is often overlook. Check out yourself how it can improve your mood. We have a lovely singer who offers classes for all ages.
